About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our Business Architecture team for the Winter 2027 term. You will work under the supervision of the Business Architecture Pod Owner and collaborate with Business Architects and subject matter experts to support key business priorities. This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Learn and apply business architecture practices by supporting work on business capabilities, processes, value streams, and operating models.
- Gather, organize, and summarize business information from meetings, documents, and stakeholder discussions.
- Create clear visuals, summaries, and working documents to make complex business topics easier to understand.
- Support the creation and upkeep of reusable templates, reference materials, and team knowledge assets.
- Assist with team coordination activities, including meeting preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups.
What you'll need#
- You must be a registered student returning to school in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or Psychology.
- Ability to self-motivate and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be used responsibly.
Location & details#
- This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term.
