About the role#
We are looking for a Winter Intern to join our Real Estate & Facilities department in Toronto for the term of January to April 2027. This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week. You will provide day-to-day support to the real estate team and gain exposure to various operational initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to manage small-scale projects.
- Assist the team with strategic initiatives, including leasing, data reporting, project delivery, and operations.
- Prepare presentations, compile status reports, and administer contracts.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and support the team in decision-making processes.
- Manage inquiries regarding maintenance and repairs to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
What you'll need#
- You must be a registered student in an undergraduate program (BCom, BA, BSc, or similar) planning to return to school after the internship.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- An aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- A collaborative mindset to support various team projects.
- Experience with AI-driven automation is considered an asset.
