About the role#
The Operations Support Services Intern will work on projects related to operational excellence, change management, communications, knowledge management, and learning and development. You will gain exposure to business transformation initiatives and help improve processes and employee experiences across the organization. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and execute Operations Support Services disciplines, including knowledge management, change management, communications, and learning and development.
- Support the delivery of operational excellence by contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute change management activities, such as preparing stakeholder communications, conducting impact assessments, and supporting readiness efforts.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge management systems by organizing content, updating repositories, and ensuring resources remain accessible.
- Provide operational support by coordinating activities, meetings, tasks, and presentation materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Commerce, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Information Management, Education, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools, specifically Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines and track deliverables.
- Creative thinking and design sensibility, with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into accessible formats, such as executive summaries or visual aids.
Location & details#
- This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area.
- The work modality is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
- Candidates must plan to return to school after completing the internship to be eligible.
