About the role#
This 8-month co-op position offers hands-on experience in Wealth Marketing. You will support initiatives that help financial advisors and their clients reach their financial goals. You will work with teams including Creative, Digital, Compliance, and Editorial to assist with project workflows, brand strategy, and campaign execution. This role is a full-time, paid opportunity designed to build practical skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Support organic social media initiatives through content coordination, calendar management, and performance tracking.
- Manage marketing collateral by guiding materials through compliance approval processes.
- Coordinate project workflows, including translation requests and content updates.
- Update websites and advisor platforms to ensure content remains accurate and meets brand standards.
- Conduct market research to gather insights that support strategic marketing decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and marketing technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
