About the role#
McKenney's, Inc. is hiring an IT Co-op for the Spring 2027 and Fall 2027 terms. You will work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia, as a full-time member of the technology team. This role involves applying technical concepts to real-world construction projects while working alongside office and field staff.
What you'll do#
- Provide IT support to office and field employees.
- Maintain hardware including computers, printers, mobile devices, and rugged field equipment.
- Install and update software such as Microsoft 365, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network connectivity at offices and active jobsites.
- Monitor cybersecurity, access controls, and adherence to IT policies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on teamwork and self-motivation.

- This position is based in Atlanta, GA.
- The role requires on-site work.
- Occasional visits to active construction sites may be necessary, which may involve navigating stairs, ladders, or hoists.
- You may occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
