About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Engineering Co-Op position based at the Michelin facility in Louisville, Kentucky. You will work on-site during the Summer 2026 term. This role is not available for immigration sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Work on a project team to analyze data to improve performance and production.
- Ensure products meet defined quality and performance standards.
- Assist with productivity, cost-reduction, and continuous-improvement projects.
- Study current processes and propose improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Computer, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent program at an accredited four-year college or university.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other software systems.
- The ability to interact professionally with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Experience working with a team to meet a common objective.
