    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid Engineering Co-Op position based at the Michelin facility in Louisville, Kentucky. You will work on-site during the Summer 2026 term. This role is not available for immigration sponsorship.

    What you'll do#

    • Work on a project team to analyze data to improve performance and production.
    • Ensure products meet defined quality and performance standards.
    • Assist with productivity, cost-reduction, and continuous-improvement projects.
    • Study current processes and propose improvements.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Computer, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent program at an accredited four-year college or university.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other software systems.
    • The ability to interact professionally with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
    • Experience working with a team to meet a common objective.
