About the role#
This culinary internship at Montage Palmetto Bluff offers hands-on experience within a professional kitchen. You will work directly with our culinary team to support daily operations and contribute to our food service standards. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Help with food preparation and the presentation of dishes.
- Support the culinary team during daily kitchen operations.
- Keep kitchen areas clean and organized throughout your shift.
- Learn and follow all health and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- An interest in food and hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
- A desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- We welcome students from various backgrounds, including Civil Engineering, Public Health, Nutrition, Cybersecurity, and Business Administration.
