About the role#
The Workforce Optimization team supports Lending business leaders by ensuring effective staffing strategies. You will assist the team with workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and data analysis. This role provides insight into business operations and allows you to apply analytical techniques to support strategic initiatives. This is a year-round, rolling internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide support to the Lending Workforce Management department on small projects or specific portions of larger initiatives.
- Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff across Lending departments.
- Perform research and basic quantitative or qualitative analysis.
- Conduct routine audits of system data to ensure accuracy for forecasting and scheduling.
- Process and update data in automated systems, including generating and analyzing reports.
- Attend meetings with Lending departments and Workforce Management to track discussions and action items.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with teammates and business partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college-level courses or a degree-seeking program.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and work both independently and in a team environment.
- Exposure to data analytics and experience with administrative or clerical tasks.
- Commitment to self-development and the ability to contribute to report and presentation design.
- Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment.
Location & details#
- Location: 5550 Heritage Oaks Dr, Pensacola, FL 32526.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (minimum of 20 to 25 hours per week, based on your school schedule).
- Requirement: You must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship. Please upload your transcripts during the application process.
