About the role#
This 10-week summer internship takes place in our Chattanooga office. You will join the Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) Strategy, Solutions & Marketing team. This program provides exposure to various marketing functions, allowing you to contribute to real projects while developing your professional skills. You will work alongside our team to support marketing initiatives that help advance our business priorities.
What you'll do#
- Support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives from the initial planning stages through execution.
- Assist in the development of marketing content and communications across various channels.
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including website and social media content.
- Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to review campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and gather insights to help inform future marketing strategies and programs.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising junior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.
- Preferred fields of study include Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with marketing, communications, social media, or content creation.
- A basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
- Term: Summer 2027.
