About the role#
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on projects within our manufacturing departments. This role offers hands-on experience in a production environment. You will work with team members to learn about our processes, machines, and operations. We look for individuals who can think through problems and suggest solutions.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different areas of the plant to understand the manufacturing process.
- Support plant team members to gain experience with production methods and machinery.
- Assist with research on new and existing projects.
- Support major decision-making processes.
- Create a presentation on your projects and outcomes to share with department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- We welcome students from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- No prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- No prior experience managing people or projects is required.
