    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern at Niagara Bottling, you will work on high-impact projects within our manufacturing departments. This role offers hands-on experience and the chance to contribute directly to our operations. You will spend your time rotating through different areas of the plant to understand our production processes while working alongside our team members.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to gain an overall understanding of the manufacturing process.
    • Provide support to plant team members to gain hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decision-making.
    • Develop proposed solutions to identified problems.
    • Create and present a presentation on your internship experience, projects, and outcomes to department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current Junior or Rising Senior status pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
    • A continuous improvement mindset.
    • Ability to work in an innovative environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
