    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high-impact projects within our manufacturing departments. This role offers hands-on experience in a production environment where you will contribute to operations and develop technical knowledge. You will have the opportunity to tackle real problems and propose solutions while collaborating across different levels of the organization.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through multiple areas of the plant to understand the full manufacturing process.
    • Support team members to gain practical experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision-making.
    • Attend department meetings and use feedback to guide your work.
    • Create a final presentation on your projects and outcomes for department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current Junior or Rising Senior status in a Bachelor's degree program.
    • Majors in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • A continuous improvement mindset.
