    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on experience within our headquarters departments. You will work on high-impact projects while learning about the manufacturing industry and our internal operations. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Diamond Bar, California. The role follows a rolling term structure.

    What you'll do#

    • Work cross-functionally to complete high-impact projects.
    • Assist with research on new and existing initiatives to support major decision-making.
    • Attend department meetings and develop action plans based on feedback.
    • Use a continuous improvement mindset to solve problems and propose solutions.
    • Create a final presentation on your internship experience, projects, and outcomes for department leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current Junior or Rising Senior status pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented approach to tasks and accuracy in your work.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
