    About the role#

    As a Manufacturing Intern, you will spend your time working on high impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. You will gain hands on experience while rotating through different areas of the plant to build a complete understanding of how our production processes work. This role is designed for students who want to apply their academic knowledge to real world operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to learn our production methods and machine operations.
    • Provide support to plant team members and gain practical experience with equipment.
    • Assist with research on new and existing projects to support decision making.
    • Attend department meetings and create action plans based on the feedback you receive.
    • Prepare and deliver a presentation to department leadership summarizing your projects, outcomes, and overall experience.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a current Junior or rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
    • We are looking for students studying Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, as well as Operations or Supply Chain Management.
    • No prior experience in a manufacturing environment or in a management role is required.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
    • The internship follows a rolling term structure.
