About the role#
Nucor is looking for interns to join the Accounting and Finance teams at our Brandenburg, Kentucky facility. This summer internship provides hands-on experience within the manufacturing and steel industry. You will work on divisional assignments and gain insight into how financial operations contribute to the business.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting tasks.
- Work on group projects alongside interns from other divisions.
- Shadow experienced team members to understand daily business operations.
- Lead and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year bachelor program for Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- An expected graduation date no later than May 2028.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Reliable transportation for the duration of the internship.
