    About the role#

    The OU Health Administrative Fellowship is a one-year program for aspiring healthcare leaders. You will gain exposure to hospital operations and corporate functions through a structured rotational model. This role provides direct access to executives and physicians to help you build your professional network and leadership skills.

    What you'll do#

    • Participate in leadership development programs.
    • Complete rotations across hospital operations and corporate departments to find your leadership niche.
    • Receive mentorship from OU Health executives.
    • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • A Master degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • Knowledge of hospital administration principles and practices.
    • Familiarity with business communication and office management techniques.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for working with staff and the public.
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
