About the role#
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Commercial Application Projects Intern to join the Information Services Unit in Calgary. You will support a system upgrade project by ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and documented. This is an 8-month internship reporting to the Manager of Commercial Applications.
What you'll do#
- Build and validate business requirements by identifying upgrade impacts and documenting functional needs.
- Support testing by developing scripts, clarifying expected outcomes, and assessing defects.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by acting as a liaison between end users and the project team.
- Consolidate UAT results to support business sign off and confirm system readiness for go live.
- Uphold the company safety culture of Zero by Choice by following all Life Saving Rules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business (MIS or Operations Management concentration) or Computer Science.
- Must be returning to school following the completion of this work term.
- Ability to commit to the full 8-month duration.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a structured environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
