About the role#
The HR Program Coordinator role supports the HR Program and Projects team with the development and implementation of internal solutions. You will coordinate communication with the production operations team and work alongside cross-functional groups to gather system requirements. This position is a paid, full-time co-op opportunity based in Etobicoke, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Manage version control and maintain system documentation for business software.
- Ensure efficient file organization and oversee critical document maintenance.
- Prepare, format, and maintain business documents to company standards.
- Assist in software testing and report issues for resolution.
- Facilitate data reporting efforts, including analytics and PowerPoint presentations.
- Contribute to data quality through validation and cleansing activities.
- Uphold documentation compliance with business requirements and internal policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Eligibility for a 4-month co-op work term starting in Winter 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, and customer service skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt in the workplace.
Location & details#
- Location: Etobicoke, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to April 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: Hourly pay range of $21.80 to $27.00, determined by factors such as year of study and prior experience.
