About the role#
This 12-month Administrative Fellowship provides exposure to system-level strategy and operations. You will work directly with the Planning and Project Management executive to support initiatives across hospital-based, ambulatory, and clinical service lines. The program prepares you for future roles in health care administration through mentorship and hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage the development, execution, and completion of high-priority projects within the PMO.
- Support the strategic planning process for clinical and service line initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of operational projects that drive Enterprise Priorities.
- Interact with executive leaders and collaborate with teams across the health system.
- Participate in shadowing and observation opportunities to learn about clinical operations and shared services functions.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to produce recommendations.
- Contribute to written deliverables, including business cases, slide decks, and meeting materials.
What you'll need#
- A Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Status as a recent graduate or early-career professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- An analytical and adaptable mindset.
- A desire to improve health care delivery and a curiosity to learn.
