About the role#
Sinclair Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Intern to gain experience in talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee engagement. You will work directly with HR leaders on projects that influence how the company hires, develops, and supports its teams. This role is paid and offers hands-on experience in a broadcast media environment.
What you'll do#
- Identify top talent through job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
- Support daily benefits activities, employee communications, and enrollment processes.
- Assist with HRIS employee data maintenance, audits, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with HR leaders on initiatives that impact team development and hiring.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Standing as at least a sophomore at an accredited college or university.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Location & details#
- Location: Hunt Valley, Maryland.
- Modality: On-site.
- Availability: Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms.
- Compensation: $18.50 per hour.
- Note: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
