About the role#
We are looking for a Construction Project Engineer Intern to join our team in Hawthorne, New Jersey. This internship provides an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects while developing new skills in the construction industry. You will work directly with our staff to support the repair and maintenance of infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project management tasks.
- Help prepare estimates and budgets.
- Manage job costs and project schedules.
- Track production rates.
- Support safety management and quality control efforts.
- Assist with client relations and business development activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation habits.
- Proficiency with computer software.
