About the role#
The Agile Excellence and Enablement team supports business partners across the organization to deliver products and simplify processes. As a student analyst, you will assist in conducting analysis, designing processes, and supporting technical solutions that improve client outcomes, increase productivity, and reduce costs. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Senior Lean Solutions Consultants, Agile leaders, and project leads to analyze business requests regarding systems and technical requirements.
- Create process maps and documentation using tools like MS Visio, Miro, and Confluence.
- Identify and document business requirements to support process improvement.
- Facilitate meetings, track work items in Jira, and monitor team metrics.
- Participate in discussions with business partners, vendors, and team members to ensure quality delivery.
- Use data to help lean and agile team members draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Build relationships with IT team members and business partners.
- Provide project support as requested by Directors or Senior Consultants.
What you'll need#
- A proactive, inquisitive, and independent approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort with data analysis and related activities.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- An owner's mindset, with the ability to drive work and find solutions.
- Facilitation skills to guide group discussions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Leadership skills, including presentation and networking abilities.
- A passion for technology and an interest in consulting.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Toronto or Waterloo, Ontario.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a mix of remote work and occasional onsite attendance for team events.
