About the role#
SWBC is looking for a DevOps Intern to join our team in San Antonio. You will work directly with our DevOps professionals to gain hands-on experience in software operations and enterprise IT management. This role is designed for students who want to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Build systems to interface with SWIVEL clientele.
- Create tools to automate repetitive tasks.
- Work alongside and shadow team members to learn key technical skills.
- Assist with problem solving and ad hoc projects.
- Gain exposure to the financial services industry while developing your professional talents.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field at an accredited institution.
- Experience with Java and C# is preferred.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
- A desire to learn and a proactive approach to getting work done.
- Professionalism and maturity.

- Location: San Antonio, Texas.
- This is an on-site, paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
