About the role#
Texas Instruments is seeking a Process Development Engineer Intern to join the Analog Technology Development group. You will help define and develop next-generation process and device technologies to improve performance and cost.
What you'll do#
- Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet project objectives.
- Execute process experiments (SWRs) to support development and ramp.
- Model, collect, and analyze device and process yield data.
- Collaborate with design, system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure technology objectives are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Coursework and research experience in semiconductor device physics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
