About the role#
As a Mechanical Process Engineering Intern, you will support process and utility engineering projects for industrial clients. You will work alongside experienced engineers in our Green Bay office during the Summer 2027 term. This position provides hands-on experience to help you bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional technical work.
What you'll do#
- Gather field data under the direction of a process engineer.
- Create and maintain design documents like P&IDs and equipment plans.
- Use CADD to prepare drawings for process and utility systems.
- Interpret and develop design and construction specifications.
- Perform process system calculations, including pump sizing, fluid flow analysis, and material and energy balances.
- Develop equipment lists.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A foundational understanding of engineering analysis, design, and project execution.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- The term for this role is Summer 2027.
