About the role#
The Commercial Lines State Management Analytics team is looking for a summer intern to join our group in Worcester. You will work on business assignments that allow you to apply your academic knowledge to real projects. This is a full time 10-week program where you will receive mentorship from leaders and subject matter experts.
What you'll do#
- Develop and improve proprietary business tools to optimize agent partner business.
- Collect and analyze data to meet specific customer needs.
- Create reports for the field and customers to show value.
- Validate analytical results to ensure accuracy.
- Summarize findings and communicate your analyses clearly in writing and verbally.
- Assist with various projects while balancing multiple priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or advanced degree program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PowerBI, Excel, and SQL is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with guidance.
