About the role#
The Compliance and Ethics team is looking for an intern to join our office for the summer of 2027. You will work on projects that support our compliance functions and help the team manage regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, 10-week program where you will gain experience in data analysis and process improvement within the insurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Use visualization tools to prepare reports for Compliance leadership.
- Design and implement solutions to transition manual tasks into automated processes.
- Provide analytical support to the team and ensure your results are accurate.
- Help develop new tools, processes, and reporting analytics.
- Create and deliver a final presentation for management to showcase your work from the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree program, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Familiarity with database concepts and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Basic programming skills in SAS, SQL, VBA, R, Python, or Java.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This position is based on-site in Worcester, Massachusetts.
- The internship is a full-time commitment for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
