About the role#
The Office of Sponsored Projects is hiring a Student Business Analyst to support data management and system operations. You will report to the Business Analyst and work within a large team to improve the accuracy of our research administration systems. This is an on-site, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Manage user access for internal systems and sponsor portals.
- Clean and maintain research administration data.
- Build and update databases for tracking and reporting.
- Analyze and summarize data for statistical reports.
- Test new software programs to ensure they meet user requirements.
- Consult with subject matter experts to gather data and system requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Ability to work effectively in a large team.
- Experience handling diverse tasks.
- A self-starter mindset.
