About the role#
Masters Gallery Foods is hiring an IT Operations Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position supports the Vice President of Information Technology as the department updates its operating model. This is an analytical and project-support role rather than a hardware or help desk position.
What you'll do#
- Research technologies, vendors, platforms, and industry practices and summarize your findings.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including process materials and internal knowledge-base content.
- Assist with artificial intelligence pilots by preparing grounding data, testing assistants, and documenting results.
- Track issues, action items, and project backlogs.
- Coordinate project activities, such as taking meeting notes and maintaining status updates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Completion of at least three semesters of undergraduate coursework.
- Prior experience with research, writing, data, or business analysis.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfort learning new software systems.
- Basic familiarity with artificial intelligence tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professionalism when working with staff across different departments.
