About the role#
Masters Gallery Foods is hiring an Accounting Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Plymouth, Wisconsin. You will report to the Corporate Controller and support the department with a variety of financial tasks and projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Update accounting spreadsheets and assist with general department projects.
- Help the team with month-end closing duties.
- Manage the filing of accounting documents.
- Assist Accounting Assistants with daily administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Accounting degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize your workload.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred.
