About the role#
The Safety Internship Program provides hands-on experience in project engineering and field management. You will work alongside the on-site safety manager and staff to support company safety programs. This role is designed to prepare you for future leadership positions and full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in field safety walks.
- Assist the safety manager with first-day orientations for new employees.
- Complete accident and incident reports.
- Oversee the safety and health of personnel on company jobsites.
- Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors to ensure company policies are followed.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate is helpful, as roles may require travel and you would be eligible for a living allowance.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- Positions are available in Flowery Branch, Social Circle, and Jonesboro, Georgia.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
