About the role#
Trex Company is hiring an Engineering Intern for our Summer 2027 program in Winchester, Virginia. This full-time, paid internship takes place on-site in an industrial environment. You will work alongside our engineering and production operations teams to support ongoing projects and facility maintenance.
What you'll do#
- Create part designs and implement them using AutoCAD.
- Perform equipment reviews and reliability inspections.
- Prepare reports based on your findings.
- Help our engineers with their daily tasks.
- Wear required personal protective equipment while working in the plant.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited chemical or mechanical engineering program.
- Completion of at least two semesters of coursework.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Comfort working in a computer-based environment.
