    About the role#

    The Graduate Assistant for the ROTC Living Learning Community (LLC) acts as a liaison between the ROTC LLC Director and Residential Education at the University of South Florida. This role supports communication and coordination between the two departments and serves as the primary point of contact for students regarding program expectations and activities.

    What you'll do#

    • Represent the ROTC LLC partner in meetings with Residential Education when the partner is unavailable.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ROTC LLC students regarding LLC-related activities, expectations, and attendance.
    • Track and monitor student attendance at LLC events and follow up with students who miss required engagements.
    • Coordinate logistics such as room reservations, materials, and communication for LLC events.
    • Maintain organized records of student attendance, meeting notes, and communications.

    What you'll need#

    • Must be fully admitted in a graduate degree program and classified as a degree-seeking graduate student.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience in student affairs, residential life, or community engagement.
    • Preferred majors include Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
