About the role#
Join the Launch Strategy Team to gain experience in product launch planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exposure to project management, operations, and product marketing within a SaaS environment. You will help drive customer-centric launch strategies and operational excellence.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing and tracking product launch plans, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure launch readiness.
- Support process improvement by researching and recommending new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to launch metrics reporting and benchmarking to assess performance.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders from Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Prepare communications and status updates for internal audiences.
- Document and maintain launch processes, templates, and lessons learned.
What you'll need#
- Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in Go-To-Market marketing, program management, or marketing strategy.
- A detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The program runs for 10 weeks from June through August 2027.
- This is a paid position.
