About the role#
As a Solutions Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, engineering operations, and sales enablement. You will work alongside engineering and project management professionals to support customer projects from initial scope definition through proposal development and execution. This role provides insight into how we design, manufacture, and install infrastructure solutions for data center customers.
What you'll do#
- Assist in defining and documenting project scopes, requirements, deliverables, and customer expectations.
- Maintain project documentation and files to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility.
- Coordinate requests for engineering resources and subject matter experts to support project execution.
- Assist in preparing customer proposals and solution documentation for sales teams and clients.
- Help maintain project schedules, action items, and communication records.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
