About the role#
The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) MBA Internship is a full-time, 10 to 12-week summer program. It is designed to provide graduate students with hands-on experience across Pharma, Vision Care, and Surgical functions. Interns work on projects in marketing, commercial operations, and key accounts, with the potential to be considered for the full-time CLDP after completion.
What you'll do#
- Develop a strategic marketing communications product launch playbook to standardize best practices and improve cross-functional alignment.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities across key accounts and practice solutions using sales performance and customer insights.
- Create strategic commercialization and brand growth recommendations for the pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Analyze performance data and operational trends to advance sales operations strategy and improve commercial effectiveness.
- Support strategic initiatives to strengthen patient engagement, implementation effectiveness, and market growth for Valeda PBM.
- Assist in strengthening customer adoption of UNITY VCS through improved onboarding and field enablement resources.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university for at least one semester prior to and one semester following the internship.
- Pursuit of an advanced degree, preferably an MBA, in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Operations Management.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities or projects.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
