    About the role#

    The International Admissions Assistant position is open to currently enrolled American University students. This part-time role involves supporting the admissions team with daily operations, data analysis, and student communication. It is an on-site position based at the Spring Valley Campus in Washington, DC.

    What you'll do#

    • Respond to high volumes of email inquiries using provided FAQ templates.
    • Analyze applicant data to verify if requirements are met.
    • Review documents from students and counselors for accuracy and authenticity.
    • Complete special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as an American University student.
    • Strong written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
    • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Critical thinking and organizational skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • An interest in international education and admissions is preferred.
    • Two years of availability is preferred.

    • Location: Spring Valley Campus, Washington, DC.
    • Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week.
    • Pay: $18.40 - $19.00 per hour.
    • Modality: On-site.
