About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Student Barista at Westmoreland Community College in Youngwood, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, paid position for students working weekdays on the dayshift.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers and take their orders.
- Prepare and serve hot and chilled beverages, including coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and fruit-blended drinks.
- Handle customer payments.
- Provide excellent service to every customer.
- Maintain a clear understanding of all menu items.
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
