About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Student Barista for our location at Anderson University. This is a part-time position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers and take their orders.
- Prepare hot and cold drinks, including coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and fruit-blended beverages.
- Handle customer payments.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.
- Explain menu offerings clearly to customers.
- Provide helpful service to everyone you assist.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
