About the role#
This position supports the Spiritual Life team at Baylor University. You will help prepare for Chapel Worship and lead Chapel Prayers services. This is a part-time role requiring up to 10 hours per week, depending on your assigned chapel sessions. The role begins in Fall 2026.
What you'll do#
- Help prepare Chapel Worship services.
- Lead Chapel Prayers services.
- Work with the spiritual life team.
- Assist the hiring manager with daily tasks.
- Attend scheduling meetings.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Effective time management.
- Comfort assisting in chapel services.
- Currently enrolled as a student in majors such as Psychology, Communications, Philosophy, Public Health, Human Resources, or Sociology.

- Location: Bobo Spiritual Life Center, Waco, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $8.00 per hour.
