About the role#
This position supports the Chief Village Officer at Creekside Community Village. You will help manage a permanent supportive housing community for individuals exiting homelessness. The role requires Federal Work-Study eligibility.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Chief Village Officer with daily administrative tasks.
- Field inbound phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Address minor concerns from community neighbors.
- Handle office duties such as filing, making copies, and recording data.
- Support the operations of a supportive housing community.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A communicable Christian faith.
- Ability to work alongside formerly homeless men and women.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Public Health.

- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Pay: $11.00 to $12.50 per hour.
