    About the role#

    This position supports the Chief Village Officer at Creekside Community Village. You will help manage a permanent supportive housing community for individuals exiting homelessness. The role requires Federal Work-Study eligibility.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist the Chief Village Officer with daily administrative tasks.
    • Field inbound phone calls and respond to inquiries.
    • Address minor concerns from community neighbors.
    • Handle office duties such as filing, making copies, and recording data.
    • Support the operations of a supportive housing community.

    What you'll need#

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • A communicable Christian faith.
    • Ability to work alongside formerly homeless men and women.
    • Preferred majors include Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Public Health.

    • Location: Waco, Texas.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: 10 to 20 hours per week.
    • Pay: $11.00 to $12.50 per hour.
