About the role#
The Baylor School of Music Admissions and Recruitment team is looking for students to support our recruitment efforts. You will work both independently and as part of a team to help prospective students and their families. This role offers experience in higher education admissions and event coordination. On-the-job training is provided.
What you'll do#
- Assist with prospective student inquiries and campus tours.
- Provide customer service to prospective students and families.
- Coordinate and support School of Music audition days and event logistics.
- Organize audition day materials, schedules, and event supplies.
- Perform administrative tasks related to admissions and recruitment.
- Support event setup, registration, check-in, and breakdown.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience with customer service.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to wear professional workplace attire when representing the School of Music.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Current enrollment in a major such as Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or Public Health.

- Location: Glennis McCrary Music Building, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Flexible hours up to 15 hours per week.
- Compensation: $10.00 per hour.
