    About the role#

    The Baylor School of Music Admissions and Recruitment team is looking for students to support our recruitment efforts. You will work both independently and as part of a team to help prospective students and their families. This role offers experience in higher education admissions and event coordination. On-the-job training is provided.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with prospective student inquiries and campus tours.
    • Provide customer service to prospective students and families.
    • Coordinate and support School of Music audition days and event logistics.
    • Organize audition day materials, schedules, and event supplies.
    • Perform administrative tasks related to admissions and recruitment.
    • Support event setup, registration, check-in, and breakdown.

    What you'll need#

    • Prior experience with customer service.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Willingness to wear professional workplace attire when representing the School of Music.
    • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
    • Current enrollment in a major such as Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or Public Health.

    • Location: Glennis McCrary Music Building, Waco, Texas.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: Flexible hours up to 15 hours per week.
    • Compensation: $10.00 per hour.
