About the role#
Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises is hiring two part-time Graduate Research Assistants to work on a structural vibration project. You will work under the supervision of Dr. Zahra Sotoudeh on both experimental and numerical research.
What you'll do#
- Conduct experiments focused on structural vibration.
- Perform numerical analysis to support research goals.
- Use ANSYS software for structural analysis tasks.
- Apply machine learning techniques to your research work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Cal Poly Pomona, either at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Completion of a Vibration course.
- Familiarity with ANSYS software.
- Hands-on experience in experimental structural analysis.
- Majors in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
