About the role#
Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises is hiring two part-time Graduate Research Assistants to support a project focused on structural vibration. You will work under the supervision of Dr. Zahra Sotoudeh on both experimental and numerical research tasks.
What you'll do#
- Conduct experimental analysis on structural vibrations.
- Perform numerical analysis for project requirements.
- Use ANSYS software for structural modeling.
- Apply machine learning techniques to research data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at Cal Poly Pomona.
- Completion of a Vibration course.
- Familiarity with ANSYS.
- Hands-on experience in experimental structural analysis.

- This position is located in Pomona, California.
- Work is on-site.
- This is a part-time role with rolling terms.
- Candidates must be pursuing degrees in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
