About the role#
As a Project Controls Intern at the American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio, you will gain hands-on experience in the planning, data, and organization that keep major projects moving. You will work alongside project controls and management professionals to learn how teams use schedules, budgets, and performance data to monitor progress and support project delivery.
What you'll do#
- Assist with maintaining project schedules.
- Track costs and commitments.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Organize project data and reports.
- Identify variances in project performance.
- Maintain action and issue logs.
- Prepare updates and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, finance, and other teams.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor or graduate program in engineering, business, project management, construction management, finance, or operations management.
- Completion of at least two years of college-level coursework in a technical field.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with an interest in working with data.
- Interest in project controls, project management, planning, or process improvement.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship.

- Compensation: Paid position ($23-$25 per hour).
