About the role#
Chatham University is hiring a Student Employee for the Sports Information department. This is a paid, on-site position based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role follows a rolling term and is open to students pursuing degrees in Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
What you'll do#
- Support Chatham Athletics events by performing a variety of tasks.
- Call statistics during live games.
- Operate the videoboard graphics and manage music selection.
- Run a camera to capture event footage.
- Assist with additional event-day responsibilities as needed.
What you'll need#
- An interest in sports and event management.
- A willingness to work at Chatham Athletics events.
- The ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Location & details#
- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Students may not work more than 20 hours per week across all campus jobs during the academic year and cannot exceed 980 hours per calendar year. Student positions do not roll over automatically to the next term.
