About the role#
The Business Office is looking for a student worker to assist with daily operations. This position provides exposure to professional office procedures and financial processes within a university setting. It is a paid, part-time role.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Accounts Payable functions.
- Provide clerical support to the Business Office staff.
- Support the team with daily office operations.
- Notify other campus managers if you hold multiple jobs on campus.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Chatham University.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work no more than 20 hours per week during the academic year.

- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Work limits: Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year, and jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
