About the role#
The Summer Intern program for Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate is a 10-12 week opportunity. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real projects. The program includes leader connect sessions, networking opportunities with peers and business leaders, and access to learning platforms to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Support credit analysis tasks including financial analysis, credit reviews, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and other team members to assist with client service and project delivery.
- Participate in market research, data clean-up, and business case reviews.
- Learn new systems, tools, and processes while applying feedback to your work.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to turn details into insights.
- Technical confidence using spreadsheets and data management tools.
- A collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
- Previous experience with financial analysis is helpful but not required.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is hybrid. Specific details regarding on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.
- Locations include Chicago, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; St. Louis, MO; West Palm Beach, FL; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; and Denver, CO.
