    About the role#

    This co-op provides production support within a specific process area at our Wilmington facility. You will work alongside engineers, technicians, and operators on key projects and daily operations. The role requires 20 to 40 hours per week during standard business hours, with some flexibility for weekends or additional hours when project objectives require it.

    What you'll do#

    • Coordinate equipment installations, start-up, repair, and process changes with production teams.
    • Support preventive maintenance activities.
    • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues at multiple levels.
    • Train associates on technical procedures.
    • Recommend improvements to equipment and processes to increase reliability.
    • Identify chronic issues and suggest corrective actions.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a 2nd year student at a community college in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Systems, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Technical curiosity and capability within your field of study.
    • Ability to build relationships and work effectively in team settings.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • A results-oriented mindset.

    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
