About the role#
DigiPen Institute of Technology is hiring a Student Teaching Assistant for the Fall 2026 term to support the CS-176 course. This is a paid, part-time position requiring four hours of work per week. You must be a currently matriculated student at DigiPen and reside within the State of Washington to be eligible.
What you'll do#
- Assist the instructor in the classroom with equipment setup, presentations, and lab support.
- Grade assignments by following a specific rubric.
- Provide remote support to students via Teams and email.
- Track and report your work hours accurately.
- Meet with the instructor weekly to discuss performance and duties.
What you'll need#
- Successful completion of CS-176 with a grade of B+ or higher.
- Working knowledge of C# and Unity.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to providing critique.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping other students succeed.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Location & details#
- Location: Redmond, Washington.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 31, 2026 to December 11, 2026).
- Compensation: $17.13 to $18.25 per hour, based on your previous terms worked at DigiPen.
- Note: You cannot work during times when you have scheduled classes.
